Which payments do you accept?

Fawn Fleur accepts PayPal and credit/debit cards. Our items are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) 

Fawn Fleur will never sell or give your information away. Personal information collected during payment is only used to process and fulfill your order. 

Refunds & Returns

Please choose carefully as Fawn Fleur does not refund or exchange for change of mind purchases. 

All products are packaged carefully before being posted, but we do realise that unfortunately there can be mishaps on the journey. 

If your purchase is damaged in the post please contact us about it as soon as possible. Please include your name, order details, contact information and details of the damage.

Shipping Information

Fawn Fleur is based in Australia but we ship worldwide! Postage is calculated during checkout and varies from item to item.

Once your order is placed and payment has been received, please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be shipped.

Within Australia: Domestic packages are sent via Registered Post.
Please allow 3-6 business days for your package to arrive once dispatched.

International Delivery: International packages are sent via regular international post. Packages can arrive as soon as 10 days from dispatch, however in some cases it can take up to 4 weeks to reach you. Please make note of this if you are purchasing a gift.
